When designing a ship block lifting scheme in traditional ways,ship companies rely on experience and relevant specifications to determine the safety factor,so they cannot accurately predict the interference phenomenon in the lifting process.The analysis of the stress on structures such as slings and lifting lugs is also limited to formula and theoretical calculation,so the design efficiency is low,and the safety factor is selected too high.To solve these problems,this study simulated the lifting process with the help of simulation tools to help ship companies quickly and effectively formulate and adjust lifting solutions.This study first analyzes the process of ship block lifting,abstracts and simplifies the structural model according to the characteristics of each structure in the entire system.While retaining its physical characteristics,it reduces the complexity of the model and improves the loading of the simulation system and running speed.And then select the appropriate block modeling,structural analysis and dynamic simulation methods to formulate the research route.To create the mesh model of ship blocks,this study uses the graphics algorithm of Unity3 D to create a triangular mesh model.By reading the external database,which is called ACCESS table file database,the mesh of ship block is dynamically modeled.Combined with the above mesh modeling method,the collision model uses MeshCollider to cover the whole mesh to cover the block model to avoid any detection errors during the simulation process.Then,conduct the kinematics analysis of the lifting tooling and ship block during the lifting process,the characteristic analysis of the joint connection of the entire mechanical system,the establishment of the structural topology model.By synthesizing the above analysis,complete the theoretical analysis and data base framework of the entire simulation system.Finally,the virtual simulation of the ship section lifting process is carried out,and the related lifting tooling model and the component model library are established by using 3dsMax and imported into Unity3 D.Then adjust these models by adding physical attributes,rendering the surface material,and adding control script for them in Unity3 D.The force of the sling and interference collision between components are detected,and the lifting scheme is optimized to ensure the safe operation of the block lifting.
