Replacing traditional fossil energy with large-scale clean energy power generation is the fundamental solution to solve energy and environmental problems,and the establishment of its management and operation model has become an important research direction.Active distribution network technology integrates different forms of clean energy power generation,which is of great significance to improve the consumption level of clean energy power generation and the improvement of system economy.In view of the operation and management of clean energy cluster connected to the grid,this paper puts forward the planning and configuration method of clean energy cluster and its optimized operation model.Aiming at the uncertainty of clean energy cluster output,the output uncertainty model is analyzed.Based on the stochastic chance constrained programming theory and the uncertain two-level programming model,a two-level programming model for the planning and allocation of clean energy and operation of the active distribution network is established.The upper level model takes into account the uncertainty of the clean energy output of the system,the cost of equipment purchase,the cost of equipment installation,the cost of equipment maintenance,the comprehensive operation cost of the system and the recovery of the residual value of the equipment to establish the planning and allocation model Scale function,taking into account the power balance constraints,power supply reliability constraints and other necessary constraints to establish a model.In the lower model,the comprehensive operation cost is taken as the objective function,and the necessary constraints such as micro power operation constraints are taken into account.The objective function of chance constraint and the constraint condition of probability constraint are calculated by uncertain function simulation technology.The basic artificial fish swarm algorithm is improved by introducing feedback strategy,adaptive step size and global record.Based on the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm,the upper layer and the lower layer of the uncertain bilevel programming model are designed respectively.In the simulation example,four kinds of configuration scenarios are set up to run the model,and the effectiveness of the model is verified by comparing the planning and configuration indicators under different scenarios.The simulation results show that the integrated planning cost of the active distribution network running in the grid connected operation mode when planning and allocating clean energy and taking into account the demand side management resources of the system is lower and the economy is better.At the same time,the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm has better solution performance than the basic artificial fish swarm algorithm,and the uncertain two-tier planning model can reveal the experience of system planning and configuration for decision makers The relationship between economy and reliability serves as a reference for decision-making.
