DG is a new-type generation technique,which is characterized by low investment cost,high operation efficiency,cleanness and renewability,convenient connecting position,etc.DG rational connecting with power grid can effectively improve the overall operational level of the power grid,and relieve the increasingly serious living environment pressure.Thus,this paper studies this subject on DG planning problems,involving the following contents:Firstly,adopting the backward and forward update calculating method,this paper calculates the power grid,based on the typical DG active and reactive power generation mathematical model,takes the influence of active power loss,reactive power loss,voltage,etc.into account,and further studies the influence of DG connection to the power grid.Secondly,establishes a multi-goal optimal planning mathematical model which comprehensively involves the system active power loss and voltage deviation indicators,and converts the multi-goal optimal problem into the single-goal type using the weight coefficient method.Introducing the tabu search algorithm,based on the basic Artificial Fish-Swarm Algorithm,solves the question with TS-AFSA.Lastly,introduces optimization algorithm questions,based on the multi-goal optimal planning mathematical model and TS-AFSA,and presents a DG random planning mathematical model on probability thought,under the premise of DG and load fluctuation.This model adopts an intelligent algorithm combing Monte-Carlo and TS-AFSA which fully considers the random fluctuation generated when DG connects into the system and the influence of the load side to DG planning.The results provide the theoretical support to the intelligent algorithm combining Monte-Carlo and TS-AFSA,considering the DG optimal planning of uncertain resources and method realization process.Conducting the simulation verification on the example of the standard IEEE-33 and PG&E-69,the calculating data shows that the method presented by this paper can effectively arrange the DG configuration,decrease the power loss,and increase the operational level of the power voltage.Moreover,the method makes the simulation results more realistic with better constructional value,fully considering the intermittency of DG supply.
