With the deepening of Chinese energy revolution,the development of Distributed Generation(DG)which is clean,efficient,flexible and reliable is a new direction of power systems in the new period.DG accesses to grid that has a great influence on improving the reliability of power supply,perfecting the structures of energy and realizing the sustainable development and sufficient utilization of energy.As the advanced technology,the cost of DG is decreasing,a large number of DG accesses to power system will become reality.So it is very important to perform study on planning DG rationally to power sector and energy industry.Firstly,this thesis expounds the significances of researches and development status of DG.On the basis of summarizing the research status of DG planning,this thesis also analyzes three kinds of distributed generation technology including PV power generation,wind power generation and micro gas turbine,and three kinds models in power flow calcutions.Then,the intelligent algorithm-Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm(AFSA)which is suitable for distributed generation planning is studied.As AFSA is easy to get into the local optimum,and the Chaos Optimization Algorithm(COA)and variable vision and step technology is introduced,an improved Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm(IAFSA).The simulation results show that the optimal solution of IAFSA is more excellent and the speed is faster than AFSA and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)·As DG accesses to power grid rationally not only can reduce the loss of network and bring economic benefits,but also have a high environmental value,the thesis sets up a multi-objective function which has comprehensive consideration of economic and environmental factors,including the investment of DG,distribution network comprehensive annual cost and the network loss cost is minimum,the environmental value is maximum.Finally,the IEEE33 node distribution system is simulated and analyzed by IAFSA?AFSA and PSO respectively.Under the distributed power planning model which considering the environmental benefits of DG,the scheme one(using IAFSA planning Scheme):the total capacity of DG is 430kWw the target function value is 7.149 million Yuan;the scheme two(using AFSA planning Scheme):the total access of DG is 390kW,the target function value is 7.611 million Yuan;the scheme three(using PSO planning Scheme):the total access of DG is 380kW,the target function value is 7.703 million Yuan.Can be obtained,the scheme one of DG capacity than the scheme two 40 kW,the target function value of 0.462 million Yuan;than the scheme three 50 kW,the target function value of 0.554 million Yuan.So,the use of IAFSA can get a higher economic and environmental benefits,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is validated.Then,simulation analysis of planning model with the consideration of environmental benefits and without the consideration of environmental benefits are carried out.The practicability of the distributed power planning model considering environmental benefits is validated.
