The " 13th Five-Year Plan" period is a crucial period for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way.China's economic development has entered a new normal and is at a stage of more advanced forms,more complicated division of labor,and a more rational structure.Economic development has shown new characteristics of speed-up shifting,structural optimization,kinetic energy conversion,and mode transformation.Influenced by the supply side structural reform policy,China has always stressed the importance of carrying out in-depth reform activities,and both the industrial structure and product supply and demand have changed significantly.These profound changes in China's economic development,for the home appliance sales industry,are facing not only great development opportunities but also huge challenges.The market competition for home appliance sales will become increasingly fierce.Enterprises must achieve sustainable development and achieve profit goals.Marketing strategy must be adjusted in a timely and accurate manner.With the continuous improvement of science and technology development level,the renewal speed of household appliances is very fast,which not only requires more investment in the research and development stage,but also requires comprehensive innovation of marketing strategies.At present,any enterprise in its own development stage should take effective measures to solve the existing problems.Affected by subjective and objective factors such as the home appliance market environment.The SME companies studied in this article have some problems in the marketing management of home appliances,such as insufficient marketing management awareness,very backward marketing management model,unreasonable marketing management structure,unclear marketing management strategic positioning,and lack of professional marketing management talents.It can be seen that it is imperative for SME companies to improve their marketing management.In view of this,this article takes the company as an example,and on the basis of grasping the current status of SME company's marketing management,it proposes the improvement measures of SME company's marketing management in order to help it improve the level of marketing management.Specifically,the research content of this article is as follows:First,this article elaborates and analyzes the concept of marketing management and the management content,and summarizes the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad.Second,this article reviews the composition of marketing personnel and marketing of SME companies.The management structure and marketing model are researched and discussed,and the marketing management data of SME companies are summarized.Third,this article analyzes and studies the problems of SME companies in marketing management,including low marketing management awareness,backward marketing management models,and marketing.Lack of talents,etc.;Finally,this article draws up a series of targeted improvement measures for SME companies' marketing management issues,and points out that in the future development process of SME companies,it is necessary to establish advanced marketing management awareness,innovate and optimize marketing management models,and cultivate a large number of Professional marketing management talents.This research provides some theoretical guidance for SME companies,and it has certain reference and reference in practice for the sales management of other home appliances in the same industry.
