In recent years,as China's economic development has gradually entered a new normal,the speed of social and economic development has slowed down,and at the same time,it is facing the complicated and changeable situation in the world,as well as the external economic development environment such as unilateralism and trade protectionism practiced by individual countries,many domestic enterprises are facing increasing market competition pressure.In this case,if we want to find the way of survival and development in the market competition,we must choose and adjust the strategy suitable for our own development in time.Therefore,the research on the optimization of marketing strategy of ST Group is not only of practical significance for promoting the development of ST Group's market,at the same time,it provides valuable reference for the development of other enterprises in the machinery industry and new cases for the industry research.First of all,using the method of combining theory with practice to carry out research,comprehensively study the theoretical knowledge of marketing,and systematically comb and contrast the development of marketing theory;Secondly,it analyzes the marketing environment and marketing strategy of ST Group,mainly from the development of ST Group and the use of PEST model to analyze the company's marketing environment and other aspects;Thirdly,it summarizes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the internal and external environment that ST Group is currently facing in the market with SWOT analysis;Finally,based on the four basic research points of 4P theory,combining with the basic principles of marketing strategy optimization,such as meeting consumer demand,improving core technology level,continuously innovating products and paying more attention to market expansion,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of marketing strategy of ST Group,promoting the market-oriented development of the group.
