Research On Schedule Management Of Anti-seepage Renovation Project Of T Company's Gas Station

With the continuous progress of China's society,people's quality of life has gradually improved,and the chemical industry has also made great progress.However,due to the particularity of the industry,the environmental pollution problem is relatively serious,so many laws and policies on environmental protection have been issued in China.In order to implement the requirements of the state that the gas station should be renewed to double-layer tank or complete the anti-seepage pool,and ensure the protection of water resources and soil,combined with the work practice,taking the project of T company as an example,in order to achieve the purpose of carrying out the reconstruction construction of double-layer tank faster and better.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the project,and systematically discusses the latest internal and external research status and related basic theoretical knowledge of project schedule management;then,based on the actual situation of schedule control of T company's double tank reconstruction project,it analyzes the problems existing in the progress management,analyzes the problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions;then,it analyzes the problems from the aspects of the project Starting from the demand side,the paper defines various constraints and related resources,seeks the optimal project plan through relevant knowledge,and discusses how to ensure that the project can be planned.Finally,through the analysis of the project progress and the key points of the project,the key points of the project are summarized.
