Research On The Architectural Opuscule Of Westerr Classical Garden

As the blueprint for early human gardening activities and precious source of garden art,the Western garden with Oriental gardens and Islamic gardens together constitute the three major systems of world gardens.It is famous for its unique garden style and a large number of excellent works,which can be regarded as a treasure in the palace of human garden art.The development process of garden building and small garden ornaments in the western classical period vividly records the exploration of nature,change of the relationship between world and human,exchange for mode of production and life.This research focuses on the garden building and small garden ornaments of the western classical garden,which is the small architecture and opuscule in rich and diverse garden styles and spaces that formed from ancient Egypt to ancient Greece,ancient Rome,middle ages and Renaissance,and then to the 17th century in France and the 18th century in the United Kingdom.The research comprehensively utilizes historical documents and materials related to western classical gardens,traces the origins of architectural opuscule in western classical gardens in accordance with the order of historical development,traces the trajectory of its development and explores the regular characteristics of its appearance.Combining theories of history and philosophy,society and geographical environment,culture and art,based on the historical axis of the golden period of the development of Western classical gardens from ancient Egypt to the 18th century.The research subject is divided into five important construction periods,that is,incubation,formation,development,maturity and evolution.By sorting out the historical context of the development of western classical garden architectural opuscule,and starting from various aspects such as changes in social classes,the impact of major historical events,the rise of cultural thoughts and the evolution of art forms,and taking specific garden cases as evidence.This paper summarized the characteristics of western classical garden architectural opuscule in different periods in terms of cultural connotation,functional form,layout,material structure,and application type.After the preliminary research,the development rules,evolution characteristics and enlightenment significance of the western classic garden architectural opuscule in the formation and evolution are analyzed and summarized.Hope to provide ideas and references for promoting and starting the innovation and development of Chinese landscape architecture in the new time.
