Study On Satisfaction Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of Cemetery Construction Environment

With the rapid development of cemeteries in China,problems such as low environmental utilization rate and insufficient landscape also follow.From the perspective of satisfaction,this paper uses literature analysis,interview research,questionnaire survey and other methods to build a cemetery environment satisfaction index system with 14 indicators in three dimensions of base environment,facility environment and cultural environment.And conducts empirical research on Anxian cemetery and Qianjiang cemetery in Hangzhou.It has positive significance for the sustainable use of cemetery environment.The results show that:(1)users are generally satisfied with the environment of the two cemeteries,and the evaluation grade is E3;(2)in the evaluation of environmental factors,the two cemeteries are relatively satisfied with the green space,roads and health facilities,the satisfaction of barrier free facilities,individual culture and site is low,and the satisfaction of social culture,art landscape facilities and the overall atmosphere is quite different;(3)the demography difference of satisfaction is mainly reflected in age and education level.Age has evaluation difference in seven aspects including site,road,information facilities,rest service facilities,art landscape facilities,social culture and individual culture,and education level has evaluation difference in four aspects: site,information facilities,social culture and individual culture;(4)the existing problems of the environment mainly include the lack of internal convenience,the number of places to stay,the attraction,the nature of stay and the sense of place to be improved,the functional perfection and use experience of various facilities to be strengthened,and the cultural environment of the cemetery to be improved,including the cultural form,the scope of content,the expression and the connectivity with users;(5)suggestions respectively from the three levels: base environment design strategy ——improve the environment quality and shape the gravitational field;facility environment design strategy —— improve facility function and enhance use experience;cultural environment design strategy——strengthen emotional care and build ecological cemetery.
