In recent years,with the continuous progress of urbanization,reliable,high-speed,intelligent control elevator has become an irreplaceable means of transportation in urban life.Due to the frequent operation and aging of the elevator itself,there are more and more potential safety problems.At present,the regular inspection and maintenance stipulated by the relevant national laws and regulations can not judge the running state characteristics of the elevator quickly.At present,there is no fast and effective means to evaluate the running performance of the elevator by using the state signal.In this paper,the method of elevator performance evaluation is studied based on the running state signal of elevator.In the actual operation,the elevator car vibration contains a lot of information that can reflect the running state,such as vibration acceleration,starting and braking acceleration,running speed,etc.,so the running performance of the elevator is usually reflected by monitoring the change of the elevator car state signal.Therefore,based on the analysis of the vibration signal characteristics of the elevator car,this paper studies the selection and construction of the sensitive characteristic indexes of the elevator operation performance,and establishes the evaluation model and method of the elevator operation performance based on the multi index fusion.The specific contents are as follows.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research on the performance evaluation of elevator operation based on the state signal,summarizes the research status of performance evaluation method,elevator operation performance evaluation method and elevator operation state feature extraction technology at home and abroad,and finally puts forward the research content and technical route of this paper.In the second chapter,the dynamic characteristics of elevator car are studied,and the method of car state signal acquisition is proposed.According to the basic structure and operation principle of the elevator,this paper analyzes and studies the causes of the vibration and dynamic characteristics of the elevator car;then,according to the vibration response of the elevator car and the acceleration characteristics of the start stop stage,the sensor layout scheme and the car condition monitoring scheme are developed,which lays the foundation for the accurate evaluation of the car operation performance.In the third chapter,the vibration signal processing method of elevator car is studied and the characteristic parameters of elevator running state are determined.By preprocessing the collected car vibration signal,three kinds of characteristic parameters,namely,classical time domain characteristic quantity,speed curve variation degree and wavelet packet energy entropy,are obtained.By comparing the analysis results of elevator maintenance data,four characteristic parameters are selected to evaluate the elevator operation performance:peak value and root mean square value of vibration acceleration in the constant speed operation stage of car,and speed in the starting acceleration stage The variation of degree curve and the wavelet packet energy entropy of the vertical vibration signal in the whole running process of the car.In the fourth chapter,the evaluation method of elevator operation performance based on grey correlation analysis is proposed and verified by an example.This paper introduces the basic principle of grey correlation analysis and the method of calculating the grey correlation degree.Aiming at the problem that the weight of elevator performance index is too subjective,the combination of entropy method and AHP is used for the combination of weight,and an evaluation model of elevator operation performance combining entropy method,AHP and grey correlation analysis is established.Through the comparison of evaluation elevator samples and The grey correlation degree of ideal samples is used to evaluate the elevator performance state,and the correctness of the model and the feasibility of the method are verified by taking the annual inspection data of elevator as an exampleIn chapter five,the main research results of this paper are summarized,and the future work is prospected.
