Research On Financial Risk Management Of L Power Supply Company

The development of the country cannot be separated from the support of the power industry,which promotes the sound and orderly development of the economy.In order to guide the benign competition within the enterprise and improve the system management of the enterprise itself,the enterprise is faced with the corresponding financial problems.Up to now,the financial problems have become particularly important and essential.Power enterprises want to obtain optimistic economic benefits need to combine the national power policy,but also need effective internal supervision and further improvement of the system.Many power enterprises need to save cost and reduce expenditure to deal with the financial crisis caused by policy changes.Moreover,people's awareness of environmental protection is increasingly strong.Enterprises need to strictly control the environmental pollution caused by the production process,which will increase the production cost of enterprises.Therefore,the financial risk assessment in advance can guide the safe and stable development of enterprises.In this paper,the most prominent financial problems of power supply companies as a starting point,a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of its internal risk management system,and then put forward a more feasible risk management means and scientific implementation plan,in order to be able to properly deal with its current financial problems to be solved.First,through the repeated discussion of historical data,based on which the detailed statistics and analysis of the financial information of l power supply company are compared,the definition of financial risk is sorted out,and the methods and theories of risk management and control are analyzed in depth.Secondly,combined with the financial status of L Power Supply Company,it first combed and qualitatively analyzed the financial problems facing the company,and identified risk factors from five aspects of profitability,solvency,operation ability,development ability,and external risk,and proceeded.For comprehensive evaluation of financial risks,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are adopted to form models at different levels,thereby making the risk evaluation more targeted.Through analysis,it is known that the L power supply company has an important impact on the first and second risk factors.The first-level risk indicators account for a large proportion of its internal,which accounts for 37.02%.Secondly,the external risk accounted for a relatively low,reaching 5.95 %;Among the second-level risks,the factors that account for the larger order are: current ratio,total operating cost ratio,main business profit rate,net profit growth rate,inventory turnover rate,etc.Based on the above analysis,according to the influence degree and sensitivity difference of various risks,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the control of financial risks of power companies when formulating risk management and control strategies.From the perspective of profitability,debt paying ability,operation ability,development ability and External risk control,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures,focusing on policy changes in real time,adopting unified dispatching management explored by the state;strengthening asset management,improving corporate debt paying ability,bond financing,strengthening centralized fund management;building information platform,real-time business monitoring;strengthening power supply company Internal prevention and risk retention of the division,ensure that electricity charges can be recovered on time,establish financial risk early warning system,etc.Hope to provide some reference for the subsequent business decision-making of the company.
