The Influence Of Government Subsidy On The Performance Of New Energy Enterprises

In recent years,with the proposal of China's green development strategy,the government's support for the new energy industry has been further strengthened.The government attaches great importance to the research and development of renewable energy.Thanks to the great support of our government,China has made great progress in the field of new energy utilization.Strong policy support for new energy enterprises is conducive to promoting China's economic development.A large number of listed companies in the new energy industry have received more government subsidies and increased their operating performance to a certain extent.However,whether the implementation of such support can achieve the government's expected goals or improve the operating performance of enterprises?If enterprises completely rely on government subsidies for their business activities,it will not only cause serious losses to the national public property,but also have a negative impact on the sustainable development of the new energy industry.Studies over the years have shown that government subsidies have a direct effect on the improvement of enterprises' profitability and debt-paying ability,which leads to a significant increase in the profitability of many enterprises after obtaining government subsidies,but the government subsidies actually do not promote the operation and growth of enterprises.In recent years,most of the research papers focus on the companies with poor corporate performance,tight capital flow and high government subsidies,while there are few case studies on some companies with good development and great potential.Based on previous scholars' analysis and research,this paper selects goldwind technology of enterprises with good development status as a case study to study the impact of government subsidies on the operating performance of such enterprises.First of all,this paper sorted out the research results on the status quo of government subsidies,information disclosure and the impact of government subsidies on the business performance of enterprises in a chronological order.This paper summarizes the government's subsidy policy and subsidy scale for the new energy industry in recent years to understand the dynamic changes and subsidy information of the new energy industry.Then,this paper combined with the present situation of the industry analysis,subsidy funds amount and composition of main operations selected goldwind science and technology as a case study object,from the profitability,operating conditions and debt paying ability three aspects discusses the effect of government subsidy to the enterprise,and finally use the BBC and the CCR model in DEA,comprehensive analysis of the index selection of input and output index before,government subsidies are verified through the index value of goldwind science and technology company and comprehensive performance.In this paper,finally get the following conclusions:for goldwind science and technology development so good,perfect enterprise comprehensive strength,the improvement of operating performance of enterprises is not dependent on government subsidies,but appropriate preferential policies and subsidies,alleviate the pressure corporate r&d funding,indirectly improve the management level of the enterprise,is the indirect effect of its government subsidies rather than direct action.For enterprises,after obtaining government subsidy funds,they should ensure their use efficiency.According to the characteristics of their own enterprises,they should use the subsidy to improve their own operation,and strengthen their own foundation to face the impact on their operation caused by the decline of subsidy funds.For the government,it is necessary to improve the application conditions of government subsidies and make them available in a variety of forms.After the subsidies are issued,it is necessary to strengthen supervision and follow up in time to achieve the due effect of subsidies.
