The noise pollution will limit the further acceleration of high-speed trains together with train safety and traction power,especially when the speed of high-speed train reaches more than 300 km / h.If the noise level in the vehicle is too high,one side,the noise will have a serious impact on passengers,the other side,the protractedly high level noise will damage the driver's hearing and cause rapid fatigue of the driver,thus increasing the risk of vehicle operation.For the vehicle,the strong interior noise will cause the vibration of the body parts and accelerate the fatigue damage,which will reduce the service life of the body parts.In the stage of vehicle design,if the sound insulation effect of vehicle body and window can be reasonably and accurately predicted,the efficiency of design can be greatly improved and the production cost can be reduced.Some studies have shown that the sound insulation effect of inner space is more dependent on the sound insulation performance of the door and window structure and the fitting sound source point of the aerodynamic noise of the car body is approximately the same as the height of the window when the high-speed train is at high speed.The window is nearest to the human ears,so it is necessary to research the sound insulation effect of the window glass of the high-speed train.In this paper,the sound insulation performance of the existing window glass and the new window glass is calculated.The sound insulation performance of the existing window glass is studied as CRH380 A window glass is taken as the research object.Firstly,the acoustic calculation model of single-layer window glass is established,the influence of the thickness property of single-layer window glass on the sound insulation is calculated,and the law of the influence of the thickness property change on the sound insulation performance is analyzed.Secondly,the acoustic calculation model of laminated window glass is established,the sound insulation performance of common adhesive double-layer glass and PVB laminated glass is calculated,these respective sound insulation characteristics and the influence rule of parameter changes on their sound insulation is analyzed and the acoustic calculation model of hollow window glass is established.The influences of different panel thickness,hollow layer thickness,hollow layer medium and hollow medium layer temperature's attribution on the sound insulation are calculated,and the influences of different parameters on the sound insulation effect of hollow window glass are compared.In terms of new window glass,after analyzing the modeling process,the acoustic calculation model of FE-SEA vacuum window glass is established,the influences of the length of the internal vacuum sound bridge,the thickness of the external panel and the vacuum degree of the vacuum medium on the sound insulation are calculated,and the influences of different parameters on the sound insulation effect of the vacuum window glass are compared.At last,the acoustic calculation model of electrochromic window glass is established,and the influence of damping loss factor and coating thickness on sound insulation is analyzed.According to the acoustic parameters of a certain type of electrochromic soft film glass in the electrochromic center of Beihang University,the influence trend of its soft film thickness on its sound insulation is calculated and analyzed.The results show that the sound insulation performance of single-layer window glass increases with the increase of thickness,but the growth rate of total sound insulation decreases with the increase of thickness.The sound insulation effect of PVB laminated glass is better when the thickness of panels on both sides is different,and the PVB laminated glass has an improvement on minimum values on the sound insulation.The sound insulation performance of the hollow window glass is obviously better than that of the single-layer and laminated glass,and increases with the increase of the thickness of the panel and the hollow layer,but the growth rate of the total sound insulation decreases with the increase of the thickness.The sound insulation performance of the vacuum window glass is better than that of hollow window glass,and it increases with the increase of the thickness of the panel and the length of the acoustic bridge.Besides,the change of the vacuum degree has a more obvious effect on the sound insulation performance of the vacuum window glass.The closer the cavity is to the vacuum,the faster the growth of the total sound insulation is.The sound insulation performance of the electrochromic window glass is slightly better than that of the PVB laminated glass in the middle and high frequency range.Because of the variability of the damping loss factor of the electrochromic laminated glass,the sound insulation performance can be enhanced in the different target frequency range.The calculation results of this paper have certain reference value for the parameter optimization of the sound insulation of the window glass,and it can be used for reference in the study of sound insulation performance of similar vehicle body panel structure.
