Since 2006,the mileage of China's high-speed railway has grown rapidly,and high-speed railway has played a positive role in promoting the economy and environmental protection of the region along the line.People feel comfortable and enjoyable sitting on EMUs running on high-speed railways.It is generally believed that EMUs are more comfortable than cars and airplanes.But in the actual operation process,passengers sometimes hear air leakage at the edge of the bodyside entrance systems of the EMU.They will have tinnitus,dizziness and other symptoms when passing through a long tunnel.They will also find that the closer they are to the side door of the passenger compartment,the greater the noise they feel.This paper takes the EMU's bodyside entrance system as the research object,according to the leakage and noise problems of the CRH2 EMU at speeds exceeding 250 kilometers per hour,puts forward the methods to improve the performance of the bodyside entrance system for the air tightness and sound insulation.At the same time,referring to the standards of the air tightness and sound insulation performance of foreign high-speed EMUs,this paper presents the reasons of the air pressure fluctuation and air pressure difference of high-speed EMUs,lists the causes and transmission of major noise sources,and explains the importance of the bodyside entrance system in ensuring the air tightness and sound insulation performance of EMUs,analyses and verifies the air tightness and sound insulation function of the bodyside entrance system of CRH380 A EMU.The following works have been completed:First,this paper introduces the structure of EMU's bodyside entrance systems,points out that the main components of the bodyside entrance system's air tightness and sound insulation function are the pressing device and the door leaf.Secondly,in view of the problems of air leakage and noise in the operation process,the compaction force of the pressing device,the strength of the door leaf and the sound insulation value are deeply analyzed in this paper.Thirdly,combined with the process of production practice,the thesis analyses the problems of the bodyside entrance system will encounter in the practical application and provides the risk links that need to be tested.Finally,through a series of experiments and collecting all kinds of data,it verifies that the performance of the air tightness and sound insulation of the bodyside entrance system of the CRH380 A high-speed train are superior to those of CRH2 EMU in the past,so as to ensure the safety and comfort of high-speed train bodyside entrance system operation.The research work has certain reference significance for improving the performance of the bodyside entrance system of the EMU.
