The chaos of internal traffic flow in the parking lot is not only an easy "lost" phenomenon,but can also lead to a reduction in parking space usage,which leads to internal traffic bottlenecks and latent security problems.Scientific and rational design of flow lines represents a highly effective method to increase the use of parking spaces in the parking lot.To unblock the traffic flow lines in the car park and reduce traffic congestion has therefore became the main area of current research into parking problems.This article provides a new method of allocating parking lots based on an analysis of the method used to allocate parking spaces.On the basis of the behaviour and mental qualities of drivers and pedestrians as theoretical basis,a basic design method for the internal circulation of the parking lot is determined.Combined with a new layout of the parking lots,the optimal design of the layout of the parking lots and the layout of the underground parking in the center of Lanzhou was finalized.The main research topics include:(1)Analyze a wide variety of parking lot design drawing materials,combine and specify the types of methods available to distribute the parking lot area.Based on this,recommend a new method for dividing the parking lot space.(2)Analyze the definition of flow lines and fundamental forms of traffic flow lines between parking spaces and passageways in the parking lot and propose basic methods for the design of flow lines in the parking lot.Analyze the psychology of drivers and pedestrians in the parking lot and behavioural characteristics as theoretical foundation for the design of parking lot flow lines.(3)Comparing study of the applicability of current simulation technology and model,using the Anylogic software to simulation of pedestrian flow and vehicle flow,making a schematic diagram of parking and vehicle flow process in the parking lot with Anylogic software to provide simulation models of pedestrian flow and vehicle flow.(4)Using the Lanzhou Center's underground parking garage as an example to review,draft the streamline design of the Lanzhou Center's underground parking garage in accordance with large-scale parking lot flow design theory,and apply the well-established flowline simulation model using the design drawing to optimize the simulation and improve the underground parking in the center of Lanzhou.
