Study On The Construction Of The Performance Evaluation System Of The Pastoral Grassland Settlement Space Under The Guidance Of Ecological Production And Life Coordination

Rural revitalization,as one of the important strategies put forward by the 19 th National Congress of the Party,plays an important role in solving various problems brought about by rapid urbanization.The performance of the grassland settlement space is related to the speed of implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Inner Mongolia and the development of the settlement itself.Inner Mongolia’s pastoral grassland settlements have typical regional characteristics,scattered spatial layout,fragile ecological environment,backward economic industry,and lagging service facilities,but have rich grassland culture and social humanities.After undergoing a rapid urbanization process,with economic development as the guide,the originally fragile grassland ecological environment was destroyed,and the original simple grassland culture was invaded by foreign cultures.In the field of urban and rural planning,how to use space as a starting point to balance the relationship between economic development,ecological protection and cultural inheritance of animal husbandry grassland settlements has become the key to the proper development of animal husbandry grassland settlement spaces.The research on the spatial performance of pastoral grassland settlements aims to use the means of performance to discover the root cause of its sustainable development,so as to put forward targeted space optimization strategies.This study is based on the investigation of the ecological environment,industrial economy,social culture and other aspects of grassland settlements.With quantitative research as the means and ecology,production,and life coordination as the guidance,the performance of the pastoral settlements of the grassland type is measured.This study uses 3S technology as a spatial analysis platform to analyze the characteristics of the ecological space,production space and living space of pastoral grassland settlements,analyze the ecological service functions and industrial development conditions in the flag area,and analyze the convenience of settlement facilities and location advantages.Carrying out analysis,starting from the functional suitability through multi-factor evaluation method,preliminary delineating the ecological space,production space and living space in the study area;using data envelopment analysis to analyze the ecological space,production space and living space in 2006-2017 of Xianghuangqi Research on structural performance,construct a spatial performance evaluation system containing 16 evaluation factors of 6 sub-target layers;use gray correlation analysis to evaluate the spatial structure performance of 61 villages(Gacha)in Xianghuangqi in 2016,and construct 5 target layers 14 The performance evaluation system at the target level of the word,through the combination of horizontal and vertical,explores the influencing factors of the dominant space of grassland settlements;combining the delineation results of ecological space,production space,and living space,it proposes ecology,production,and life from the flag level and settlement level.Coordinated development strategy.This article is based on field research and combined with relevant theories to quantify the benefits of the ecological space,production space,and living space of pastoral grassland settlements.The main research results are obtained:(1)Taking Xianghuangqi Banner as the research object,the grassland settlement space in this area is divided into 8 areas including important ecological service function areas,livable areas for living,and extremely suitable grazing areas;(2)ecological,From the perspective of production and living synergy,build a macro and micro spatial structure performance evaluation factor library;(3)Establish a vertical and horizontal two-dimensional spatial structure performance evaluation system,and take Xianghuangqi as an example for empirical research.Due to the complexity of the settlement space and its surrounding ecology,the cognitive control of planning decisions is prone to deviations,leading to the emergence of unreasonable space policies.It is of great practical significance to improve the settlement environment in rural areas from the perspective of "performance".
