Oil Tea Field In QuanShan Village,Dashanxiang,Hunan Research On Planning And Design Of Park Complex

With the continuous improvement of the economic level,the development gap between urban and rural areas has gradually increased,showing a polarization trend.There are more and more conflicts between urban and rural areas due to development issues,and these development issues are issues that China must face on the road to urban-rural integration.The construction of new countryside has become the most difficult problem for scholars.The concept of pastoral complex provides new ideas for solving these problems.In this paper,the literature research method is used to deeply study the related concepts of the pastoral complex;the analytic hierarchy process is used to study the main influencing factors of the pastoral complex planning and design;the camellia pastoral complex planning and design method is proposed,and the camellia pastoral complex planning and design is summarized Strategy;Using principles of landscape ecology,landscape planning,sociology,economics,etc.,combined with the data processed by the Arcgis software after field investigation and local relevant data,the project planning and design of the Camellia Rural Complex in Quanshan Village,Hunan Province application.The results of this article are as follows:(1)Research and explore the theoretical concepts of rural complexes,analyze and analyze similar concepts of rural complexes(including rural landscapes,leisure agriculture,agricultural complexes,modern agricultural industrial parks,and characteristic towns),and sort out the core values and composition systems of rural complexes,Main features,finally,systematically classify the rural complex according to different industry types,and determine the planning type of Camellia Rural Complex in Quanshan Village,Dasanxiang.(2)This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of the planning and design of the rural complex and constructs the analytic hierarchy process model.It is found that the planning factors that affect the core competitiveness of the rural complex are infrastructure,environmental resources,capital investment,government support,market development and characteristic industries.Through the analysis of Yaahp 11.0 software,we can find that the weight order of these factors are characteristic industry(0.3550),infrastructure(0.2014),environmental resources(0.1955),capital resources(0.0881)market development(0.0746),government support(0.0854),which provide data basis and theoretical support for the planning and design method of the oil tea field complex.(3)Construct the planning and design method of camellia pastoral complex,put forward the overall planning framework and planning principles,elaborate from the aspects of overall layout,functional zoning,and planning content,and discuss the planning methods and strategies of camellia pastoral complex.(4)Applying the planning and design method of Camellia Pastoral Complex to the practical application of Camellia Pastoral Complex in Quanshan Village,Dasanxiang,Hunan,analyzing the basic situation,overall positioning and development direction of the project site,and the overall layout,function division,transportation organization Planning and design of infrastructure,plant configuration,industrial structure,etc.Propose a manor-style planting industry model to replace the traditional production planting model and optimize the industrial structure.This article combines theory and practice to provide reference and guidance for other pastoral complexes with characteristic industries as the main development type,promote the development of the pastoral complex industry in China,and provide ideas for promoting the construction of a new socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics and deepening agricultural industry reform.
