With the continuous development of the modern construction industry,Building Information Modeling(BIM),as a new architectural design concept,has opened the second innovation of the architectural design industry and effectively responded to the increasingly prominent complex system characteristics of the current architectural design industry.However,by now,the BIM software represented by the Revit series software of Autodesk company still has defects’ such as inconvenient use and information redundancy caused by too many component parameters,which make professional architects dislike using BIM Technology to solve many practical difficulties in the deepening stage of architectural design.To improve the shortcomings of the existing BIM Technology,this paper proposes to use the Dynamo software to design the parameter interaction program based on the Revit 3D building model.This thesis defines the developing trend of BIM Technology within domestic and international extent,and summarizes the research methods of BIM Technology that can be used for reference.Then,it combs the related concepts,attributes characteristics and parametric design core of BIM Technology,and summarizes the technical characteristics and application scope of BIM software at present,and then interprets the application status and existing problems of BIM Technology in the deepening stage of architectural design by analyzing the typical public building cases of BIM Technology,and interviewing the application reality of BIM Technology in large-scale domestic public construction projects.Finally,by analyzing the application and existing problems,the requirements of BIM Technology collaboration are sorted out to the needs of the architectural design in deepening stage,and then clarify the optimization direction of the BIM information management program.Based on the hierarchy of model parameter data in Revit and the organic linkage between Dynamo software and Revit software,the design framework of the parameter interaction program is proposed,including the export program of model parameter information,the import program of parameter information into the model,and the linkage adjustment of the model by parameter interaction program.Based on the construction of the parameter interaction program,the model parameter information of a research and development office building in Suzhou is extracted and managed to prove the feasibility and application value of the program.This study aims to promote the application of BIM Technology in the deepening stage of architectural design more conveniently,optimize the working mode of architectural designers in model deepening information management,and provide some reference for the application of the BIM platform in domestic public architectural design projects. |
