A Research On Risk Essessment Of Video Surveillance Software Development In Construction Project

With the development of science and technology,security technology is evolving in the direction of network,high definition and intelligence.As a pioneer in security industry,the innovation of video surveillance has an advancement in artificial intelligence,deep learning,and data privacy protection.In whole market,there are huge difference in the development of hardware and software.The hardware in domestic have been upgraded and modernized and become word-class level.However,because of higher input costs and lower outputs,there are less resources in the video surveillance software,which caused higher delivery risk all the time.According to literatures and data at home and board combined with the risks in the process of bidding,execution and the end,in this study,factors are divided into four dimensions,which refers to demand risk?technology risk?process risk and cost risk.And this four dimensions initially constructs hierarchical framework of risk evaluation indicator of the video surveillance software.Through Delphi method and questionnaire survey,the risk evaluation indicator is finally constructed.AHP confirms weigh of index and judge matrix constructed by Delphi,this study tests consistence ratio of the weight.Finally,the risk evaluation model constructed in this study is applied to the actual video surveillance project in H company.Based on assignment of evaluation indicator and scores by experts,the risk level can be calculated to test the effectiveness of the research results.
