In recent years, high-speed railway has been in the strong momentum of development in China, and integrated video surveillance system has served as a very important role in the construction of high-speed railway. With the needs of the people and the attention of the government, there are high-speed rail projects growing each year, the integrated video surveillance system, however, is facing many problems among which some prominent ones are how to connect different systems and make system expand in functionality. In order to solve these problems, the Ministry of Railways issued the video surveillance system railway technical specifications (for trial). The specification requires that integrated video surveillance system should be standardized managed and constructed which is the best way to meet the special needs of efficiency, security and other aspects of needs in the high-speed railway area.Based on the summary and analysis of integrated video surveillance system under different industries and different specifications, this paper highlights the main framework of the system applied in high-speed railway and describes its cross-platform interoperability. The main work of this paper is listed below:Firstly, the paper researches the demand for integrated video surveillance system on the high-speed railway, and specifically elaborates its architecture, software modules and detailed features.Secondly, three options of the interconnection are studied here:the standard interface rose by the Ministry of Railways, ONVTF standards and private interface between manufacturers. Then realize and test the last one. Then, based on the new approach to resource naming and classification video surveillance system resources, redesign and upgrade the original system.Finally, this paper introduces the deployment situation of real system on the high-speed railway project site.
