The energy consumption of heating and air conditioning system accounts for an increasing proportion of the total energy consumption in society,and the pollution problem caused by energy consumption is becoming more and more serious.In civil buildings,the energy consumption of air conditioning for large public buildings is particularly prominent.This type of air-conditioning system has a series of problems such as mismatch between the output of the host and the demand,large transmission energy consumption,imbalance of the pipe network hydraulics,low degree of automation,and unreasonable operating mode,which greatly increase energy consumption.Under the background of practical engineering,it is very necessary to launch energy-saving research on large-scale public-built air-conditioning systems.This topic selects the representative hospital buildings in large-scale public buildings as the object,and uses the methods of theoretical analysis,practical investigation and engineering practice to carry out energy-saving transformation of the existing central air-conditioning system of a hospital in Xinxiang.First,the current situation of the air-conditioning system of the 9# computer room of the hospital was investigated,and the power consumption of the heat pump host and circulating water pump in the computer room was analyzed.The main engine has low energy efficiency and large energy consumption;the design flow of the user side pump and the ground source side pump is too large,and the system runs for a long time with large flow and small temperature difference.According to the current status of the system,a system transformation plan is proposed.By installing necessary measurement and control equipment,an intelligent control system is added,and a series of optimization control technologies such as heat pump host group control,water temperature reset,pump group optimization control,user-side pressure difference frequency conversion control,and ground source side water temperature optimization control are used.,Completed the energy-saving transformation of the original system.Through comparative analysis of historical operating data,the energy consumption ofthe refrigeration host has been reduced by 14.6%,the energy consumption of the user side pump has been reduced by 33.1%,and the energy consumption of the ground source side pump has been reduced by 37.2%.The overall energy consumption of the system is reduced by 25.3%.This transformation has realized the energy-saving operation of the central air-conditioning system of the hospital,and can provide practical energy-saving transformation experience for the energy-saving transformation of other public building central air-conditioning systems.
