With the development of our national economy,the growth of public buildings in quantity and scale is very significant.The proportion of energy consumption in building energy consumption is increasing year by year,so how to solve the problem of high energy consumption of public buildings will be the focus of building energy conservation in our country for a long time in the future.Currently,China is carrying out a large-scale public building energy audit,more and more public building data can be used in building energy analysis.Starting from the energy consumption data of public buildings,it is helpful for the quantitative analysis of the regular patterns and influencing factors of energy consumption of public buildings,so as to understand the energy consumption of public buildings more comprehensively,in order to reduce the energy consumption level of public buildings.Determining the key factors that affect the energy consumption of public buildings and quantifying the influence degree of each factor will help to find out the causes of the high energy consumption of buildings,so as to formulate targeted energy-saving countermeasures.Building energy consumption is not only related to climate conditions,building envelope,building equipment system and other factors,but also closely related to energy use behavior.In the existing research on building energy use,the focus is mostly on how the occupants in the building use energy.However,due to the large number of people in the public building and the complex and diverse behaviors,and for the reasons of privacy and monitoring cost,it is difficult to establish the human behavior model and obtain the human behavior information.Therefore,it will be an effective research method to change the research object from the occupants in the building to the building itself,then explore the public building energy use regularities and identify typical building energy consumption patterns based on building energy consumption data.Under the above background,this study takes public buildings in the north of China as the research object.On the basis of hourly energy consumption data of buildings,data mining and statistical analysis methods are used to study the energy consumption patterns and influencing factors of energy consumption of public buildings,so as to provide theoretical support for energy conservation optimization of public buildings.The main research work of this paper includes:(1)Based on the similarity of the shape of daily load curves of public buildings,K-shape clustering algorithm is adopted to identify the building energy consumption patterns for the northwest and northeast region in China respectively.The Shape-based distance is chose as the basis of similarity measurement,and the Davies-Bouldin index is used to determine the best clustering number.And finally 10 typical public building energy consumption patterns in the northwest region and 7 typical public building energy consumption patterns in the northeast region are obtained.(2)In this paper,13 influencing factors of energy consumption in three aspects of building energy consumption patterns,date attribute and building attribute are selected.Energy use intensity is taken as the evaluation index of public building energy consumption,and the significance test of influencing factors of public building energy consumption in Northwest and Northeast China is carried out by one-way analysis of variance,so as to determine the key influencing factors of energy consumption.And find out the difference of energy consumption between different factor levels through multiple comparison.According to the results of multiple comparisons,the influences of northwest and northeast on the energy consumption of public buildings are quite different,and the commonness is mainly concentrated in the date attribute factors;(3)This paper uses the method of two-way analysis of variance to analyze the interaction effect between the influencing factors of energy consumption of public buildings in Northern China,and quantifies the interaction effect through effect size indicator.The results show that the energy consumption pattern interacts with many other factors,the structural form interacts with the building floors number,the form of the external wall interacts with the quarter,and the interaction effect among all the above factor combinations can explain more than 6% of the building energy consumption.
