Abstract/Summary:
The hospital building is a special building that operates 24 hours and provides multi-functional services.Its energy consumption is higher than that of general public buildings,and it has greater energy saving potential than general public buildings.Good HVAC plays a huge role in preventing cross-infection of respiratory diseases in hospitals.After fighting the new coronavirus "war epidemic",as the hospital’s requirements for medical treatment environment increase,the energy consumption of the hospital’s air-conditioning system will continue to increase,so It is of great significance to conduct energy-saving research on hospital buildings,especially hospital air-conditioning systems.This article uses questionnaires,interviews,and field investigations to investigate the energy consumption of the three large and medium-sized comprehensive hospitals in Hengyang City,Hunan Province,and understands the building envelope structure,the status of cold and heat sources,the status of energy management,and the measurement of the three hospitals.According to the survey results,the three hospitals have certain energy-saving potential in these areas.The average comprehensive energy intensity per unitarea of the three hospitals is 20.45 kWh /(m3 · a).Among them,the A hospital with aging buildings,the highest energy consumption,and the backward energy conservation management has the greatest energy saving potential.Its annual comprehensive energy intensity has reached the B hospital.1.62 times,so choose A hospital as a typical hospital for key research.By conducting different types of energy analysis,different building energy consumption analysis,and different department energy consumption analysis in Hospital A,and looking for the high energy consumption areas of the hospital.The results indicate that the hospital air conditioner has the largest proportion of energy consumption,which plays a decisive role in the energy structure of the hospital;by analyzing the energy consumption of different functional buildings in Hospital A,its energy density is in order:internal medicine building> surgical building> inspection building> General inpatient building> outpatient department> office building> student dormitory building> emergency department building;department attributes have a major impact on the intensity of department energy consumption.In addition,it summarizes the current status of hospital energy-saving renovation and energy-saving management,and puts forward energy-saving management suggestions and measures.Taking 25 departments of the ward building with the largest proportion of energy consumption in Hospital A as a sample,SPSS software was used to analyze the correlation of 9 influencing factors of energy consumption in ward departments.The results showed that: the building area of the department and the number of bed days are energy consumption the main factor of influence.The hospital energy consumption level is evaluated with reference to the local standards of Hunan Province,and the rationality of the three energy consumption indicators proposed by the standard is analyzed in conjunction with the correlation analysis results and the actual situation of the hospital.Based on the analysis of the current energy use of the central air-conditioning system of Hospital A and the use of the central air-conditioning system of the internal medicine building,energy-saving transformation measures are proposed,and the effects of energy-saving transformation are analyzed to provide energy management and energy-saving transformation work for the hospital reference.
