A Study On Kaifeng City Wall Park

At present,Kaifeng is in the important construction stage of the protection and planning of the ancient city of the capital of Song Dynasty,among which the City Wall Park is an important part.The City Wall Park not only effectively protected and displayed the city wall,promoted the construction of Kaifeng historical and cultural city,but also solved the problem of Kaifeng city development to a certain extent.But the City Wall Park,which has been developing for nearly 15 years,faces new challenges,on the one hand,the transformation of Kaifeng cultural relics protection mode and urban development mode put forward new requirements for the City Wall Park;on the other hand,with the improvement of the quality of public life,the City Wall Park also exposed some problems such as unbalanced use.Therefore,the investigation and research of Kaifeng City Wall Park,the summary of planning and construction experience and the analysis of the current situation of use are imminent.Based on the analysis of the evolution of the surrounding environment of the city wall and the understanding of the planning and construction process of the City Wall Park,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the use of the South City Wall Park in Kaifeng by using the relevant research results at home and abroad,and in view of the current situation,the paper puts forward appropriate suggestions and measures for the next step of renewal and construction of the City Wall Park.I hope that through this study,we can provide help for the renewal and development of Kaifeng City Wall Park and enrich the research of Kaifeng city wall;at the same time,I hope to provide some reference for the research of City Wall Park in China,so that the ancient city wall and city wall park can bloom "vitality" in modern cities.In view of this,this paper mainly includes the following contents:First of all,through reading the historical documents and field research,we can master the surrounding environment of the city wall in various periods,speculate the changes of the surrounding natural environment and human environment under the influence of the function of the city wall,and provide information for the display of the historical features of the city wall park.Secondly,by consulting relevant documents and visiting relevant management units of Kaifeng City,we can understand the planning and construction process of the city wall Park,determine the closer connection between Kaifeng City Wall Park and urban development mode and development planning,and determine the starting point for the renewal.Thirdly,using Post Occupancy Evaluation,this paper analyzes the current situation of park use from the user's spatial behavior characteristics and environmental psychological characteristics,and puts forward the current problems from the user level and landscape level,including the lack of aging design and the lack of attraction of the whole age service landscape;the solidification of user's behavior in the same state of landscape space As well as the lack of park landscape culture,the uneven use intensity of Park sections and other issues,provide the basis for the renewal of City Wall Park.At last,based on the basic research of Kaifeng City Wall Park,drawing on the development experience of Xi'an and Nanjing City Wall Park which are well developed in China,and taking it as the practical basis of city wall park strategy research,the renewal principle of "protection,integrity,dynamic,historical continuity and social integration" is put forward,which is based on the premise of city wall protection,people-oriented and coordinated with urban environment ”four renewal elements are determined: functional space,landscape sketch,green planting and infrastructure.On this basis,according to the characteristics of Kaifeng City Wall Park,this paper puts forward four renewal design suggestions,which are "implementing the conceptof city wall protection,strengthening the display of city wall culture and city culture,optimizing park recreation space,improving park infrastructure and management",in order to provide help for the renewal of Kaifeng City Wall Park.
