| Water is the origin of life,tap water is related to the development of a city.From 379,000 km in 2005 to 710,000 km in 2015.When the water pipeline is damaged due to long running time,construction error or other reasons,emergency repair should be carried out in time to ensure the safety of water supply.When there is a large leakage,the leaking water will affect the surrounding local strata,and the surface collapse may occur.In addition to repairing the water pipe,it is necessary to sample the ground nearby and analyze the soil quality to prevent the occurrence of collapse and reduce the corresponding damage and loss.Therefore,it came to my mind to design a soil sample sampler around the pipeline to take samples of the soil around the pipeline,initially realizing automatic control and reducing the traffic congestion and damage to the surrounding environment caused by excavation exploration.Reduce manpower and material waste caused by manpower sampling;Improve sampling speed and save survey cost.This paper mainly does the following work:(1)Firstly,the existing samplers were investigated and analyzed extensively.Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used samplers,the impact sampler driven by an electric motor was finally determined,and the overall design scheme of the sampler was designed according to the requirements.(2)Design the overall structure and key parts of the sampler,including lifting mechanism and impact mechanism,according to the overall scheme design.(3)Solidworks software was used to design the 3D model of the sampler and to calculate and check the key parts.The innovation of this paper is that the impact sampling method is applied to the investigation of the soil around the underground water pipeline for the first time.The overall design of the sampling rig is light,which solves the impact of traditional excavation exploration on the environment and traffic and reduces the investigation cost.The design for the first time in light sampling drill adopts sprocket drive hammer impact mechanism with the method of design,the design and compared with the traditional impact hammer drill smaller,convenient carrying,compared with the traditional light sampling drill can greatly reduce the failure rate,hit the frequency ratio is greatly increased,improve the efficiency of the drilling operation.The sampler has simple structure,disassembly and easy operation;Drilling by means of impact has the characteristic of small contamination disturbance to the sample. |
