Asteroid detection is one of the hot spots in the detection of extraterrestrial objects.Drilling sampling is a very important task in the process of exploring asteroids.Asteroids are rich in rare mineral resources,so the exploration of asteroids and sample collection has always been a hot spot in domestic and foreign research,facing many unknown challenges.After several sampling missions,there have been some achievements in the exploration of the material on the surface of the star.With the increase of the detection depth,the difficulty of detecting asteroids has also increased.The application of piezoelectric ceramic-based ultrasonic drills in sampling asteroids can solve some difficult problems.In this paper,through the study of design ideas,calculation of theoretical models,simulation results analysis and experimental test research,the design of one-dimensional longitudinal vibration impact transducer design,rotary ultrasonic drilling simulation experiment analysis and rotary drilling test bench development.Carry out research on the design of piezoelectric ceramic driven transducers.Understand the composition and design principles of the transducer;based on the study of the dynamics of the elastomer,establish its differential equation,derive the frequency equation of the piezoelectric transducer,determine the size of each component of the transducer,and Select the material of the component;design the configuration of the transducer according to the functional requirements of the rotary drilling test rig;use ANSYS software to perform modal analysis and harmonious response analysis of the transducer;use an impedance analyzer to test the resonance frequency of the transducer,A laser displacement sensor is used to measure the displacement of the end face of the horn to verify the correctness of its theoretical model.Carry out simulation analysis of the influencing factors of rotary ultrasonic drilling,establish a simulation model based on the finite element method;perform kinematic analysis on the drilling process;and separately conduct drilling simulation on ordinary drilling and ultrasonic drilling to compare and analyze the advantages of ultrasonic drilling;respectively Change the rotation speed and feed rate of the drill pipe,analyze its impact on the drilling effect,and compare and analyze the simulation results to obtain the drill pipe rotation speed with the best drilling effect;change the rock material and perform drilling simulation on different rocks respectively,Analyze the optimal rotation speed in different rock materials;record the simulation data to provide a reference for the subsequent experimental research.According to the designed piezoelectric transducer,a prototype of the principle of ultrasonic drilling was developed,and the free mass and spring were selected through experiments to conduct the ultrasonic drilling test experiment.Based on the functional requirements of the rotary drilling test bench,comprehensively referring to the ultrasonic drilling sampling devices at home and abroad,the ultrasonic drilling test bench designed to meet the rotary requirements was designed.The test platform has the functions of changing the rotation speed of the drill rod,controlling the drilling pressure and changing the rock type,and collects data such as drilling depth,axial force and torque.
