| The goal of the third phase of"Chang E"lunar exploring project is to obtain bedding quality lunar soil sample. Lunar soil drilling-sampling device is an initial part of the whole project, and its performance directly influenced the progress.This paper base on the foundation of the domestic and foreign sampling apparatus project, according to sampling goal, choose the plan of long drilling pipe structure with a rail track. In order to study the inner acting mechanism of the sampling pipe and the core pipe, using SolidWorks engineering software, a framework of the simulation experimental platform, the transmission part, drilling head is designed, and with the help of Protel and Keil circuit control software, and 51 monolithic integrated circuits tec. the lunar soil sampling experimental platform is set up. Considering the special environment of lunar terrain and the special properties of lunar soil, the experimental platform takes hollow-drilling plan, avoidance-driving track plan, rope-driving plan, and several other solution plans.Via experimental method, the structural effect on the sampling performance is studied and according to the experimental data, it is designed. The paper also raised several plans, insertion core sampling plan, hollow drilling sampling plan, extensible followed sampling plan, and invertible soft bag sampling plan, etc. all these are tested repetitively, and redesigned. Detailed design of the invertible soft bag sampling plan is made, the material feature of the soft bag is studied, and a structure to avoid leakage is also designed. The key technology design of the sampling system is finished.In order to study full-size sampling device and its drilling regulations, basing on the simulating lunar soil sampling platform and corresponding experiments, a function-extensible, date-recordable, parameter-controllable, easy-control, full-size lunar soil simulation comprehensive laboratory plan is taken out. To solve the problem of long drill rod supporting, the design cycle of the resistance solution is studied. |
