The electric energy meter installed in the metering circuit is quite important for power consumers and power enterprises.It is the legal basis for the trade settlement.Therefore,the accuracy of its measurement is crucial.The traditional meter error tester can’t monitor the living electric energy in real time.Consequently,it cannot meet the actual huge demand of power measurement system.The on-line monitoring system for the electric energy meter is based on the whole function of the meter error tester.It can upload all electrical parameters such as voltage,current,power factor,electrical power and harmonic to the station server.The electric energy calibration model can be transformed from "periodic detection" to "real-time detection",at the same time,it also including the electrical parameters on-line monitoring function which is in its circuit.It can record all the condition of the electric energy running on site.The on-line monitoring system for the electricity meter is composed of three parts:the on-site monitoring terminal,the communication network and the online monitoring master station.In this thesis,The on-line monitoring system distributed design scheme of the of the electric energy is designed,according to the compact and high-performance design principle.A novel detailed software and hardware design scheme for the error checking module,electrical parameter measurement module and multi-channel monitoring unit switching device are detailly designed,in the thesis.The analysis report of the main station software design demand of the on-line monitoring system is researched and described in this thesis,and data sheet in the database is constructed in accordance with measured parameters.Also,the safety reliability design of the online monitoring system is studied,and the solution is provided.The whole described design scheme has been validated correctly,what is more,the whole system has been applicated.The accuracy and reliability of devices has been validated.The latest results of technology such as sensor,communication and network,computer,digital signal processing and intelligent diagnosis are applicated and included in the on-line monitoring system for the electricity meter..The transformation from traditional ways to optimal decision of electric energy meter is realized,which can reduce power failure test workload and maintenance cost,improve the system power supply reliability,reduce sudden accident loss.This research provides substantial technical support and theoretical support for the development of power system,especially for the "the whole life management of grid device"and "condition-based maintenance strategy" in State Grid Corporation of China and South China Power Grid Corporation.
