Electric energy is a convenient and safe energy resources.Now it is widely used in our daliy lives,such as traffic,lighting,heating and communication,which have brought great changes to our lives.Its verifying accuracy relates to the vital interests of millions of households,it is directly related to the basis of trade settlement for electric power products.At the same time,the stable development of the electricity market,and the legitimate rights and interests of the enterprises and the state are also closely related to it.In this paper,we made an in-depth analysis of the electric energy meter calibration device.From the practical point of view of the industrial production,the design of the control software of the calibration device based on Linux was proposed.Firstly,the development status and development trend of the calibration device at home and abroad were analyzed,and the shortcomings of the calibration time,calibration efficiency and stability of the electric energy meter calibration device were discussed,which showed the purpose and significance of the research.Secondly,the design of the meter calibration device was carried out,and the comparison and selection of all kinds of core processors and embedded operation systems were carried out.The hardware and software designs of the whole system structure were carried out respectively.Thirdly,the construction of Linux system was introduced,the design of control software for electric energy meter calibration device was carried out,the whole process of calibration was analyzed,and the overall framework,communication module and checkout module were designed,the check module includes the basic error,the creep test,the start test,the interruption and drop test,the harmonic analysis module.Finally,the electric energy meter calibration device was debugged,which solved many practical problems such as multiple serial ports,multi threads,memory leakage and communication between master control system,standard meter,error meter and signal source.According to the experience in the debugging process,the shortcomings were pointed out and the prospect was made.The control software design of electric energy meter calibration device based on Linux can achieve the technical specifications specified by the manufacturer,and it has the advantages of low cost,fast verification speed and high stability.At the same time,the accuracy of the meter calibration reaches 0.05 level.Besides,the human-machine interaction interface is easy to operate,and the verification process can be completed through touch screen.In addition,the external keyboard was added to prevent the users from inoperable problems with the damage to the touch screen.
