| In this paper,the structure optimization of small capacity dry core reactor is taken as the target,and the measures to optimize the structure and reduce the loss of core reactor are described.According to the investigation and research on the existing reactors,the loss and heat of reactors are serious,and the distribution of air gap of the same reactor discus has up to 30%influence on the loss,and the change of the total length of air gap and the distribution of coils have more influence on the loss than the additional loss caused by the structural clamps.Fundamentally improve the structure of the reactor is the key to reduce leakage loss,follow the change of a variable,the principle of the remaining parameters remain the same,different structure size reactor two-dimensional model of the reactor simulation analysis of the characteristics of the different structure,optimize structure of seeking the lowest cost of minimum loss,and applied to the production and design of reactor and provide theoretical basis for the reactor industry development.The structure optimization can reduce the heat and loss in the reactor and improve the stability of the reactor.The object of this paper is a 35kV three-phase core reactor.The core is laminated.First,a 3D simplified model is drawn in Ansoft.Then,on the basis of considering ampere-turns equilibrium,the leakage magnetic field of the iron core with air gap is analyzed,and the distribution law of magnetic field at air gap is obtained.With the discus height increasing,the corresponding reasonable air gap length also shows an increasing trend.The corresponding reasonable air gap length at different discus heights is obtained.When the air gap is set to 3mm,the loss is the lowest at 50mm.Then the influence of the change of radius on the loss is calculated and the loss increases with the increase of radius.On the basis of this structure,the magnetic density of the center is guaranteed to be 0.9T,the influence of the coil position,the size of the air gap at the end and the distance of the main air channel on the loss is explored,and the reasonable penetration depth of the coil is controlled near 100%of the discus height.The smaller the air gap at different discus heights,the less the loss.The end air gap is controlled at about 0.5mm with a reasonable structure.Finally discusses the air gap of coil and uneven distribution of the influence of uneven distribution of loss and loss increases with the increase of air gap is not uniformity,and the air gap at the centre of the big,to gradually reduce the distribution of air gap on both ends rather than completely uniform distribution of air gap low dissipation,as the coil spacing distance difference loss increase trend of the iron yoke at 40mm minimum loss control,the research results provide theoretical basis for improve the stable operation of reactor to reduce loss. |
