Reactor is widely used in power transmission.It is the main auxiliary equipment of long distance transmission system,which is mainly used to limit the short-circuit current and compensate reactive power capacity of the system.Dry hollow reactor has the advantages of simple structure,easy maintenance and easy to check and so on.It is widely used in power system.In recent years,because of the uneven distribution of magnetic field and reactor internal losses are caused by local overheating reactors,the aging of the insulation material,resulting in hollow reactor in the operation process of partial discharge,partial combustion and fire and other accidents,resulting in the power transmission system is not working properly.In this paper,the magnetic field distribution,eddy current loss numerical calculation and the influence of eddy current loss on the temperature field distribution are studied.The research and conclusions are as follows:(1)The structure model is established.The establishment of the reactor,the reactor coupled field circuit model using ANSYS Maxwell simulation software,the simulation calculation of the distribution of magnetic field of dry hollow reactor and loss;the simulation results show that the dry hollow parallel reactor in the magnetic field along the envelope from the inside to the outside of the divergence of magnetic field intensity is higher than the external internal encapsulation,magnetic field strength both ends of the magnetic field strength is higher than the encapsulation of the central hollow reactor in the total power loss includes winding eddy loss than loss of power does not contain winding eddy loss was about twice as high.(2)The specific values of the eddy current loss power of the windings and the heat loss power of the winding resistance are calculated respectively.By comparing the size of the two values,we can know that the power of the eddy current loss of the winding is about 0.8-1.0 times that of the resistance heating loss power,and the eddy current loss of the winding has a great influence on the overall temperature of the reactor..(3).A coupling model of reactor three-dimensional flow field and temperature field using ANSYS Workbench simulation software,the simulation calculation of the loss is added to the model as the heat source,respectively,simulation includes winding eddy loss and does not contain a winding eddy loss reactor encapsulation temperature distribution;through the comparative analysis of two kinds of temperature field,the winding eddy loss lead hollow reactor temperature field becomes more cluttered and divergent;each layer of encapsulation of the average temperature has increased significantly,the highest temperature value from the middle to both ends of the encapsulation,the lowest temperature by encapsulating two central end to transfer;the hollow reactor encapsulation of the lowest temperature position from both ends of the outer transfer to the outer the middle of the highest temperature from the middle layer fourth encapsulation to the third layer of the upper envelope.
