As a carrier of grid operator, the normal operation of power transmission equipment is the Basic protection of power grid high quality operation. Therefore, its maintenance is becoming more and more attention. However, the traditional way of equipment maintenance cannot meet the requirements of the times, the state of repair has caused peer attention home and abroad as a way to improve maintenance quality and reduce maintenance costs and develops into the future direction of transmission and distribution equipment maintenance. In the state of the repair process, we need large amounts of data analyze and assessing the state of the device, thereby to determine whether the equipment in need of repair, then come up with a effective repair strategy, therefore, the research on power transmission equipment maintenance decision support system is essential.This paper takes transformer as an example,deeply analyzes the state characteristic quantities of the transformer, firstly analyzes the various state feature quantity of transformer by a variety of ways in order to determine the effective evaluation content which is the key feature amount, calculates the semi-trapezoidal distribution function of the current state amount and the projected state amount respectively, scores the each state amount, then evaluates and analyzes each of the major components of the transformer combining with their own life and family defect according to the state evaluation guidelines. Analyzes the two state amount more deeply, which provides the basis to build comprehensive evaluation model of transformer and determine the maintenance program.In the transformer risk assessment model, calculates equipment failure probability depending on the state evaluation results, comprehensive considers two indicators the economic risk and system risk, and economic quantifies the system risk which is helpful to express the final risk result as a product of failure probability and failure consequences, providing strong support for the decision-making of the equipment maintenance order.Finally designs and finishes the system design, function module design, database design work of the transformer state maintenance decision support system according to the built transformer comprehensive state evaluation model and risk model. Then comes out with the transformer maintenance decision support system.
