The controllable seal not only has the advantages of low leakage,high sealing pressure,long service life and low cost,but also has the characteristics of adjustable,anti-disturbance and intelligent.It is widely used in industrial occasions with high pressure,high wear and variable working conditions.At present,the research on the control type dynamic pressure seal and the contact type control seal applied to the reciprocating working condition has been relatively mature,but the research on the contact type control sealing under the rotating working condition has been rarely reported.In this paper,a pressurized control type capsule seal used in rotating equipment is presented.by means of finite element numerical analysis and experimental verification,a comprehensive and systematic study on the sealing performance is carried out in order to provide technical guidance for the design and engineering application of rotating shaft control type seal.Based on the self-designed rotary axis control seal structure and three different seal rings,the numerical analysis model of static seal performance was established by ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The evaluation criteria of mechanical properties of static seal are put forward:strength safety coefficient and contact stress coefficient.The influence of pressure regulation and fluid pressure on mechanical properties of seals was studied.The results showed that pressure regulation was the main factor affecting Von Mises stress and contact stress.The corresponding relationship between operating parameters and mechanical properties of the seal is obtained,which can provide data reference for engineering application.A comprehensive comparison of the mechanical properties of the three kinds of sealing rings shows that the mechanical properties of the type B structure sealing rings are better.A calculation model of seal leakage rate based on contact pressure was proposed for the control type seal.The finite element analysis software was used to obtain the specific contact pressure of the seal end face,and then the numerical calculation method of MTALAB software was used to solve the seal leakage rate.The key factors affecting the seal leakage rate and their influencing rules were studied.The results show that the control pressure is the key factor affecting the seal leakage rate.When the control pressure is greater than the medium pressure,the seal leakage rate is less than 0.011 s-1.The relationship among control pressure,fluid pressure and seal leakage rate is obtained,which provides data reference for intelligent control of control seal.The control method and control process of the control seal are proposed,which can realize dynamic control of the sealing performance by combining with the engineering data and improve the operation reliability of the equipment.To study the influences of operating parameters on friction power consumption and heat-structure finite element analysis model is established,analyzes the control pressure,fluid pressure and spindle speed on the seal ring the influence law of temperature distribution and thermal deformation,in order to reduce the power consumption of the seal friction and seal face temperature rise,should choose according to the requirements of sealing leakage for drainage rate minimum stress,through intelligent control system to realize this purpose.The sealing performance test system of control seal was designed,manufactured and built,and the control seal auxiliary equipment was developed.The static sealing performance and leakage performance of the control seal were tested,and the experimental results were compared with the finite element analysis results to verify the accuracy of the research results.Through the comprehensive study on the sealing performance of the rotating shaft pressurized control type capsule seal,the feasibility of the control type seal applied to the rotating condition was verified.lt provides a new design idea for regulating seal and provides theoretical support and data guidance for engineering application of regulating seal.
