Study On The Interior Space Design Of Home For The Aged Based On The General Design Theory

At present,China's population development is in a major transition period.With the change of age structure,the degree of population aging continues to deepen.China is still largely in the process of exploring the problems of an aging society.With the rapid urbanization process,the housing scale and quantity in cities and towns also suddenly rise,and people's living style and lifestyle have both changed,as well as the way of providing for the aged.The problem of providing for the aged becomes more and more challenging.It is a cultural identity rooted in the blood of the Chinese people to move the earth and leave the leaves behind.People are more reluctant to change their residence frequently in their old age,but want to enjoy their old age in the familiar living environment.Based on the actual situation of the author's actual living area,this paper starts from the interior space design of southern urban housing,and finds that some design suitable for aging will not be considered in the design of the interior space of southern urban housing,and the home life of elderly people is not very comfortable and safe.Subject adopts literature retrieval method,cross science method,field survey method and instance deductive method and other methods,from the perspective of general design theory,combined with the older population diversity of physiological and psychological needs,in different stages of life ability in the elderly "self-care-mobility-medium armor" three periods,design for two main aspects: home endowment residential interior space design and barrier-free facilities design.This paper systematically and comprehensively studies the efficient,safe,flexible and universal design strategies that the elderly people need in the interior space when they take care of the elderly at home.The author selected the southern city of a three-bedroom as a construction strategy application case,house space design based on the theory of the universal design and barrier-free facilities design strategy,comprehensive survey,select a bedroom,bathroom,living room,kitchen,dining room,porch,balcony this a few often set to carry on the design of interior space.At the very beginning,considering the basic housing space to meet the various functions of the dynamic catering to the elderly population at all ages,reserve space for renovation.At the same time,it is convenient for the elderly group to live together with other groups.The old people have been living in a convenient and comfortable environment,the time of independent self-care has been extended,and there is no need to change the place of residence.Living in a familiar environment is a comfortable old age,which is the interior space design of home care for the aged in line with the general concept.
