Research On The Construction Progress Of JLGD Building

Urban complex in China has the characteristics of highly functional intensification,meeting people's various needs,expanding offline consumption scene of consumers,adapting to fragmented and personalized consumption needs,and promoting the development of business,which has become the main mode of urbanization development in China in recent years.According to the size of China's retail consumption market driven by urban complexes,the size of China's retail consumption market driven by urban complexes reached 36.6 trillion yuan in 2018.With the recent completion of various urban complexes in China,it is estimated that the scale of retail consumption market driven by urban complexes will exceed 47 trillion yuan in 2021.Therefore,the future development and optimization of urban complex construction is of far-reaching significance to the promotion of socialist modernization.The optimization of urban complex projects can be effectively solved by project schedule management at present.When the project duration is shortened,the resource input will increase;when the project duration is extended,it means the increase of cost and expense,and the difficulty in exerting the unit benefit of construction,which directly affects the enterprise's own interests.Therefore,it is particularly important to make a reasonable project schedule and carry out scientific and effective schedule control in the whole project process.Taking JLGD building project construction schedule management as the research object,using literature research,case analysis and quantitative analysis,through combing the domestic and foreign project schedule and project schedule control two aspects of literature,and expounds the project schedule management related theory,lay a solid theoretical foundation for the research of the paper.At the same time,combined with the research ideas of the paper,from two aspects of project schedule planning and project schedule control,the project status quo of JLGD building was first elaborated,then the problems existing in project schedule management of JLGD building were analyzed,and finally the countermeasures for project schedule management of JLGD building were proposed.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide solutions to the regulation and management of schedule deviation for the JLGD building project under construction.Meanwhile,it is also hoped that the research results of this paper can provide theoretical reference for the construction of urban complex projects in the future.
