| The road traffic noise has become a serious environmental pollution problem.The OGFC asphalt mixtures with low noise characteristics have attracted more and more attention.For the OGFC asphalt mixture,SBS modified asphalt which is commonly used in engineering can’t make it have a reasonable service life,so this study specially prepared high viscosity modified asphalt.At the same time,the road performance of OGFC-13 asphalt mixture under SBS modified asphalt and high viscosity modified asphalt was tested,and AC-13 and SMA-13 were used as the comparative analysis.In this study,the acoustic absorption performance of OGFC-13,AC-13,SMA-13 asphalt mixture was studied by the standing wave tube method.In the meantime,the influence factors of acoustic absorption performance of asphalt mixture are analyzed.Asphalt pavement is usually affected by rainfall during use.During rainfall,the rainwater will directly infiltrate into the interior of the OGFC-13 asphalt mixture,and a part of the moisture will remain in the interior of the OGFC-13 asphalt mixture for a period of time.The retention of moisture will inevitably deteriorate the sound absorption performance of the OGFC-13 asphalt mixture.Therefore,this study tested the sound absorption coefficient of different asphalt mixture specimens after water immersion treatment,to explore the effect of moisture on the noise reduction characteristics of asphalt mixture.The results show that the optimal composite ratio of SBS modifier and TPS modifier in high viscosity modified asphalt is 4%SBS+9%TPS.High viscosity modified asphalt can effectively improve the road performance of OGFC-13 asphalt mixture.The peak value of the sound absorption coefficients,average sound absorption coefficient and noise reduction coefficient of OGFC-13 are more than twice the AC-13 and SMA-13 of the same thickness.The thickness of the three gradations of asphalt mixture has a good linear fitting relation with the indicators of sound absorption performance.The smaller surface exposure rate and the larger surface texture depth can obviously improve the sound absorption performance of the OGFC asphalt mixture.After the immersion treatment,the thickness of the specimen and the indicators of sound absorption performance also have a good linear fitting relationship.After immersion treatment,the sound absorption performance of OGFC asphalt mixture with different specimen thicknesses is the best of the three gradations.The infiltration of water caused the peak value of the sound absorption coefficients of the three gradations and the sound absorption coefficients at nearby frequencies to decrease significantly,and OGFC-13 had the largest decrease.At the same time,the average sound absorption coefficient and noise reduction coefficient of OGFC-13 also have the most obvious reduction.The attenuation rate of average sound absorption coefficient and the attenuation rate of noise reduction coefficient of OGFC-13 asphalt mixture are the largest among the three gradations.With the increase of the thickness of asphalt mixture,the attenuation rate of the sound absorption performance indicators of OGFC-13 gradually increased. |
