| Porous asphalt pavement has the characteristics of large porosity.Because it has good anti-skid,drainage and noise reduction performance,it can improve the safety factor of rainy driving and also improve traffic noise.This type of pavement is widely used in the south and has broad development prospects.But this type of mixture is not very suitable for northern urban roads.In order to address the improvement of anti-sliding and noise reduction functions of urban roads and the maintenance needs of pavements,this research independently developed a new framework dense asphalt mixture,MFS,based on SAC mixtures.This article analyzes the anti-sliding and noise reduction mechanism of pavement.In the study of noise,it focuses on the two aspects of generating and strengthening tire-road noise.In order to study the impact of asphalt pavement characteristics on driving noise,the mechanism is divided into two types: Mechanism and sound reinforcement mechanism.For anti-sliding performance,the influence of road smoothness and actual damping should be considered.This paper considers the correlation analysis of factors affecting the shear strength of coarse aggregates.Based on the internal friction angle of the coarse aggregate and the clearance rate of the skeleton,the effects of different mineral material ratios on the performance of the coarse aggregate skeleton were analyzed.According to the internal friction angle,the strength stability of the rough skeleton can be evaluated.With reference to the SAC gradation design theory,and combined with the coarse aggregate design method,a new design method of asphalt mixture ratio is proposed.In this paper,through conventional road performance tests of new asphalt mixtures,the effects of different qualities and different external additives on the performance of the mixtures are analyzed.The high-temperature stability of the new asphalt pavement is studied,and the reference range of the gradation of the new asphalt mixture is given.Through the anti-sliding and noise reduction performance test of the new asphalt mixture,the influence of various factors on the surface function of the pavement was analyzed.It provides an important reference for improving the anti-sliding performance and reducing the noise of urban roads. |
