Permeable asphalt pavement is an important way to solve urban waterlogging and heat island effect because of its high porosity, which has good permeability, noise reduction, cooling and heat absorption functions. However, during the service period, under the combined action of rainwater, load and silt, the permeable asphalt pavement also faces the problem of void siltation, which will also lead to the attenuation or even loss of the permeable noise reduction function of the permeable asphalt pavement. The analysis of the attenuation process will also provide theoretical guidance for the structural design and maintenance of permeable asphalt pavement in the future. At the same time,a reasonable siltation recovery method can better prolong the service life of permeable asphalt pavement.Based on the project of Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Department ’ Research on Key Technologies of Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Siltation on Permeable Pavement in Sponge City Construction ’,this paper carried out the following research :The clogging mechanism is studied based on the grey correlation theory.Firstly, the silt of different locations in Changchun City was collected for grading analysis. Then through the indoor single particle size silting test, the full gradation silting test and the qualitative research on the silting process of different silt gradation and different pavement porosity;finally, based on the grey correlation theory, the influence of particle size on the attenuation of pavement permeability coefficient is quantitatively analyzed, and the clogging mechanism is proposed, which provides theoretical support for the durability design of permeable pavement. The attenuation of pavement noise reduction performance is studied based on the sound absorption coefficient test of transfer function method.Firstly, the noise reduction mechanism of permeable pavement and the test method of sound absorption coefficient are reviewed. Then, the sound absorption spectrum analysis of OGFC pavement with different porosity and different thickness and the sound absorption coefficient test of OGFC pavement after siltation were designed and carried out.The test results are integrated and analyzed, and the law of noise reduction performance attenuation caused by road congestion is summarized. The dredging method is studied by dredging test for completely silted pavement, and a new method for evaluating the degree of road siltation is proposed based on ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology. In this paper,a total of 11 different dredging methods were compared, and the dredging test was carried out on the fully silted Marshall specimen, and the influence of the silting-cleaning cycle on the silting process during the actual road operation was simulated. After the completion of the dredging test,an innovative ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology was used to replace the original permeability test to evaluate the degree of siltation of the test piece, which provided a guiding method for the dredging method and the determination of the degree of siltation in the actual project. |
