In the current tide of construction industrialization led by the state,the development of prefabricated concrete(PC)buildings has experienced a long period of stagnation,and then began to enter a growth period,and PC construction plants around the world have also developed rapidly.However,at present,there are few quotas matching with prefabricated buildings in China,and the research on the production consumption measurement of prefabricated concrete components is even scarcer.In view of the constraints and environmental conditions faced by the development of prefabricated buildings in China and the overall demand for the preparation of the quota of prefabricated buildings,it is necessary to study the measurement of the production consumption of prefabricated concrete components to guide the construction of the consumption quota of prefabricated buildings in China.Based on actual needs,this article investigates and analyzes commonly used prefabricated concrete prefabricated components,defines the prefabricated concrete prefabricated components to be determined,introduces the meaning of production consumption,classification,and measurement principles,as well as the basic knowledge of production lines and production processes of prefabricated concrete components.For reference when preparing a measurement protocol.Investigate the influencing factors of component production capacity of manufacturing enterprises,establish an index system for evaluating the capacity of component manufacturing enterprises through expert scoring,and interpret each indicator.Use the AHP method to determine the weight of evaluation indicators,divide the level of enterprise production capacity,The characteristics of grades are described,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,the production capacity evaluation process of component manufacturing enterprises is explained,and a method for selecting a consumption measurement enterprise is proposed.The consumption measurement methods are sorted out,and the factors to be considered in the selection of the measurement methods are investigated to determine the main influencing factors.On the basis of analyzing the adaptability of different measurement methods to the influencing factors,a determination based on the fuzzy matter-element analysis method is constructed.The method optimizes the system,formulates the measurement process in combination with the component production process,designs the measurement questionnaire,and briefly describes the production and consumption composition and calculation methods of labor,materials,and machinery.By analyzing the reasons for the differences in the raw data of consumption measurement,determining the type of data deviation and the corresponding preprocessing method,the method of defining abnormal data is mainly introduced,and the calculation method of the measured value of the production consumption of enterprise components is proposed.The specific steps of the averaging method are summarized by BP neural network and cross-entropy theory,and a CE-BP-based production consumption calculation model for precast components is established.Taking the process of measuring the production consumption of a 500*500 rectangular column as an example,in combination with the actual situation of production,in accordance with the methods described above in order,select the measurement enterprise,determine the measurement method,pre-process the measurement data,and calculate the production consumption value Finally,the production consumption value of the rectangular column of this specification is obtained.It is determined through analysis that the measurement model constructed in this article is reasonable and feasible.
