This paper describes the design and implementation of the Intelligent Control Charging Socket with Cloud.In recent years,electric bicycles,electric motorcycles,electric tricycles and so on with their economic,convenient and rapid characteristics,have been rapidly growing in the country.Due to the limited disaster warning function of the ordinary sockets and timed charging piles or metered charging piles in the current market,leading to the frequent occurrence of electric vehicle charging fire accidents,bringing great losses to people's lives and property.So the development of electric vehicle charging can monitor the status of the Intelligent Control Charging Socket with Cloud is of great practical significance.The Intelligent Control Charging Socket with Cloud Terminal is designed and completed.The hardware consists of main controller,temperature and humidity sensor,multiple 24-bit ADC chip,relay,sound and light alarm section,smoke sensor,GPS module,2.4G wireless communication module.The software includes functions of each sensor collect and analysis data and the function of Wi-Fi network communication.The microprocessor STM32F103RET6 captures data from each module for data processing and analysis,and uploads it to the IoT cloud platform for storage and display,where the upload method can be Wi-Fi or narrowband IoT.The terminal waits for the IoT cloud platform to send control commands to realize the collection and real-time monitoring of parameters such as voltage,current,temperature,gas and GPS when charging electric vehicles.Secondly,the design of the Intelligent Control Charging Socket with Cloud Terminal was built.The system is based on ARM processor,Internet of Things and cloud data processing technology,Wi-Fi technology to achieve communication between the device and the cloud server.Analysis of appliance behavior using an appliance state recognition algorithm based on the correlation coefficient.And with the help of the cloud server,as well as Android platform to achieve cloud management and mobile phone management,realizing the real-time interaction between administrators and users and the Intelligent Control Charging Socket with Cloud.The design of the Intelligent Disaster Prevention Cloud Platform and the Charge Butler APP is finalized.The Intelligent Control Charging Socket with Cloud Terminal uploads the perceived data to the cloud database via Wi-Fi,and the Intelligent Disaster Prevention Cloud Platform and Charge Butler APP take out the data from the cloud database for display,and finally realize the data can be paid,visualized and remote control.The system operation test shows that the Intelligent Control Charging Socket with Cloud can collect the environmental parameters of the terminal in real time,and can upload the data to the cloud platform for storage and display in real time,and at the same time push the relevant data to the APP;the APP can realize the payment and online viewing of the sensing data;when the environment parameter are abnormal,it can carry out the warning through the cloud and mobile phone.Therefore,it can be promoted to the intelligent management of household appliances,factories and other electrical equipment,with great promotional and application value.
