The electric vehicle is one of the strategic emerging industries as determined by the State Council, the next five years will be a good opportunity of development and industrialization. The scale of the development of electric vehicles, large-scale construction of charging facilities for electric equipment, increase scale, charging load lots of access to the grid, power system planning, operation and electricity market operation will exert a profound influence. In the face of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, electrical equipment, increase the scale, the enterprise has to face the user and data are increasing, concurrency, data storage and data management has greatly increased the pressure, thus the introduction of cloud computing technology. Cloud computing is a computing method based on the Internet, it is probable, diffuse, and so many superior characteristics, it put everything to get on the network, through the network to physically distributed resources connected processing problem. The development of industrial scale of electric vehicle, charging load will bring great challenges to the power grid operation, electric vehicle charging users, in all parts of the country distribution of facilities, data acquisition and storage needs a unified platform, can carry on the accurate load forecasting, accompanied by the cloud era, the establishment of a set of charging network base station based on charge load forecasting system, have very important theory significance and practical significance for the long-term development of electric automobile.How to accurately control the charging load, better adjustment of charging method, system to study the use of cloud computing, cloud storage, data and other cutting-edge conputer technology, ensure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of the prediction, the realization of optimum utilization of resources, realizing the sharing of data resources to maximum extent, put forward new challenges to our.
