With the leap-forward development of China's railway industry and the annual implementation of electrification projects,electric locomotive traction has become the mainstream of passenger and freight trains.The traction power of electric locomotives comes from the pantograph network formed by the pantograph and the catenary.With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for the safety and comfort of railway transportation,the stability of automatic pantograph lowering device in the traction performance of electric locomotives has received increasing attention.As the auxiliary equipment for pantograph normal operation,the performance of automatic pantograph lowering device determines whether the electric locomotive can run smoothly and safely.The selection of automatic pantograph lowering device with excellent performance can greatly reduce the driving fault caused by pantograph network problem.Good matching performance of pantograph and catenary requires good mechanical structure and electronic control,so that it can adapt to high frequency dynamic vibration between pantograph and catenary at high speed.However,the complexity of assembling and disassembling the pantograph program adds difficulty to the maintenance of automatic pantograph lowering device.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a stable and efficient test-bed system for automatic pantograph lowering device,which facilitates the maintenance and test of pantograph.In this paper,a MCU is used as a main control chip to design an automatic pantograph-lowering device test system.And then by selecting the electronic components involved,the performance of the system can be well-compatible and improved among the electronic components,the reliable software program can be written and the detection function of pantograph automatic drop device can be realized.This design system mainly analyzes and designs the hardware circuit of the system,mainly comprises a circuit for testing the action response time of the automatic pantograph-lowering device,a circuit for pantograph-up and the pantograph-down control signal,a deflation circuit circuit,a data display circuit,etc.Then,AT89C52 micro-controller,LM016 L LCD display,ADC0832 AD converter,MPX4115 barometric pressure sensor,LF398 sample & holder,MAX232 serial chip,optocoupler isolation chip,upper and lower limit switches,etc are selected.Based on the hardware circuit,the software design work of the host computer and lower computer is done,the test system program flow chart is drawn and the code is written.Finnally,the field test shows that the test system can realize the detection function of the pantograph automatic lowering device,and the work is reliable.
