At present,China's urbanization has entered the middle and late stage,and small towns have entered the golden age of rapid development.A series of ecological and environmental problems caused by the rapid development of cities have become increasingly prominent.At the same time,the rise of the concept of slow life promotes the vigorous development of greenway construction in small towns.China's greenway construction shows regional differences,while the relevant theoretical research focuses on the large cities with perfect greenway network construction,and little research on greenway in small towns.Taking the greenway in Changshan of Zhejiang Province as the main research object,this paper studies the overall spatial layout of greenway through the analysis method of spatial syntax,summarizes the construction situation,determines the evaluation factors of green way and constructs the POE model.Using the method of POE,it analyzes the problems existing in the greenway construction from the perspective of users,and proposes optimization strategy.This paper focuses on the following contents:(1)This paper summarizes the planning and construction status of greenway in Changshan central city.The overall layout of greenway is analyzed by using spatial syntax analysis method.Further on-the-spot investigation is carried out to investigate the current situation of greenway construction in central urban area from five aspects:slow traffic system,green corridor system,public facilities system and cultural life atmosphere.(2)Research on Post-Occupancy Evaluation of greenway in Changshan central city.Five factors including natural environment,human environment,greenway construction,greenway facilities and management and maintenance are selected to build a post-occupancy evaluation model of greenway in Changshan central city.Through interviews and questionnaires,this paper analyzes the basic information,travel analysis,behavior characteristics and other information of greenway users in Changshan central city,and uses the scale method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the satisfaction degree.(3)The strategy of greenway optimization in Changshan central city is put forward.This paper summarizes the success and shortcomings of greenway construction,and puts forward five strategies for greenway optimization,which are optimizing the network structure of urban greenway,constructing barrier free greenway slow traffic system,building diversified public space nodes,improving greenway public facilities system,and strengthening greenway publicity and management.This paper studies the Post-occupancy evaluation of Changshan central city.It not only provides optimization strategies for greenway gonstruction in the future,but also provides reference for other small towns greenway construction.
