“Smoke and haze”,the hottest keyword in 2013,has appeared in many economically developed areas of cities that are plagued by such disastrous weather,especially in cities where heavy industry is the mainstay of the economy.With the continuous development of economic globalization,the economic links between countries have deepened.Different countries and cities play different roles.As a Iron and Steel Industry City with iron and steel manufacturing as a pillar industry,a large amount of energy consumption has increasingly aggravated atmospheric pollution.As people's ideological consciousness has been increasingly improved,a large number of environmental improvement measures and governance guidelines have emerged in various places.Urban planning and construction based on climate adaptability has become an important means for environmental improvement.The urban space layout of the Iron and Steel Industry City will directly affect the quality of the urban wind environment,thus affecting the quality of the atmospheric environment of the city,and exploring the relationship between the urban spatial layout and the wind environment will be crucial to improving the urban wind environment in Iron and Steel Industry City.By reviewing the current research status and status quo of domestic and international wind environment and diffusion of atmospheric pollutants,the relevant concept theories of urban climate and urban wind environment as well as the application status of CFD simulation technology were interpreted,and CFD simulation technology was finally determined as an important research method and method.Based on the theoretical research of wind environment,the evaluation criteria for wind environment are summarized,and on this basis,the optimal path of urban wind environment is explored from both natural and artificial factors.Air pollution is a criticism of the Iron and Steel Industry City.Laiwu has a certain degree of universality.This paper combines the emission characteristics of pollutants in steel enterprises and the influencing factors of pollutant diffusion,uses the Gaussian point source diffusion model to simulate and analyze the distribution of atmospheric pollutants in Gangcheng District,Laiwu,and discriminates the regions with the most serious pollution;this is simulated using CFD simulation technology.Analyze the wind environment in Gangcheng District and identify areas with poor wind environment in Gangcheng District through evaluation indexes such as relative comfort,wind speed ratio,and wind speed frequency.The most severely affected areas of atmospheric pollution and the areas with poor wind conditions were superimposed,and this study area was obtained,namely,the area in which the wind environment needs to be optimized.Exploring the factors affecting the urban wind environment,presenting an optimization strategy for the wind environment from the perspective of harmonious ventilation corridors,rational layout of space,rational layout of open spaces,and strengthening of the connection between artificial and natural ventilation corridors,and proposes a spatial layout optimization plan for Gangcheng District,Laiwu.The spatial layout optimization program,at the same time,carries on the simulation evaluation to the optimization plan,finally carries on the contrast analysis before and after the optimization plan,by this way validates the research result,finally achieves the urban wind environment optimization goal.
