| Dynamic ECG can monitor human ECG signals for a long time,which is of great value for the detection of arrhythmia and other diseases.At present,the widely used dynamic ECG monitor has only recording and post-analysis functions,which is difficult to meet the needs of real-time ECG signal analysis,which limits the widespread application of ECG analysis systems.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a dynamic ECG software and hardware system with real-time analysis function.The system should have the ability to apply complex ECG detection algorithms,and at the same time meet the requirements of low power consumption,portable,high reliability and so onThe thesis is based on the requirements of manned space missions The research contents include:①Developing high-reliability,high-performance hardware circuits:using Cortex-M3 core with ARM chip with up to 120M frequency,512KB Flash program memory,96KB SRAM data memory 24-bit high-precision sampling front-end solution for hardware circuit design;②Research on ECG real-time analysis algorithm:The algorithm has the characteristics of high accuracy and low computational complexity,which can be applied to the embedded environment;③Research has ECG signal acquisition and real-time analysis,Storage and transmission of embedded softwareThe system test results show that the instrument has low noise(peak noise<4 μ V),high precision(24bit),low power consumption(operating current<80mA,two AA batteries can support 32 hours of continuous work),and portable(volume ≯120*80*31.5mm3,weight≯0.41kg),high algorithm accuracy(QRS complex detection accuracy 96.89%,ventricular premature beat detection accuracy 86.55%),high reliability(electrostatic contact discharge 8k V)and other characteristics.It can meet the performance,reliability and EMC requirements of both medical instrument and aerospace missionsThe prototype designed in this paper has passed the performance and reliability test of China Astronaut Center,and is expected to be used in China’s major manned space activities in the near future.The key technology can solve the current pain points in the field of remote ECG monitoring and diagnosis,and has wide application value. |
