Heart disease is the common disease of the circulatory system, a serious threat to the health and safety of human. It plays an important role to detect hidden danger of early heart disease and real-time monitor heart diseases. The electrocardiogram (ECG) is an effective means of heart disease detection in modern medical field. This thesis studies the design of portable intelligent remote ECG monitor, which can record and playback the ECG data, and realize real-time remote ECG monitoring based on smart phones. It has a certain practicality and application prospect.The hardware design used TI low power ECG analog front end to collect 8-channel ECG data, and a Micro SD card with transplanted FATFS to store the data, and a low power Bluetooth 4.0 module to transmit the data for real-time. Through the study on the algorithm of median filter and high pass filter, the design used IIR type high pass filtering algorithm to remove the ECG baseline drift. Through the research and comparison of direct differential compression and first-order differential segment coding, the design realized the lossless compression of ECG data, and real-time data transmission combined with the low power Bluetooth 4.0 module. Convenience real-time and low power consumption was taken as the design principle. System test results show that: the design achieves 3-lead ECG data acquisition, storage and real-time transmission of 500SPS sampling rate and 12 effective bits. The time constant is not less than 3.2s. The monitor stores ECG data for at least 7 days, supports high-speed USB 2.0 data export, and can continuously work about 80 hours with one AA Ni MH rechargeable battery etc.The ECG monitor designed in the thesis has the characteristics of convenient carrying, real-time and remote ECG monitoring. Through the improvement and further optimization of the product, it will play a very important role in the intelligent remote ECG monitoring system in the future. |
