Induced draft fan is one of the important auxiliary equipment of thermal power plant.Its main function is to remove the high-temperature flue gas in the boiler and keep the negative pressure in the boiler stable.Therefore,it has been in a high temperature,high pressure and strong vibration working environment for a long time.Induced fans face the problems of harsh operating environment and high failure rate during use.Fan air volume adjustment The electrohydraulic servo cylinder is the core component of the air volume adjustment of the induced fan.Its performance directly determines the performance of the induced fan.Therefore,from the perspective of science and practicability,it is of great significance to develop and design an electric-hydraulic servo cylinder test bench for fan air volume adjustment.Fan air volume adjustment electro-hydraulic servo cylinder test bench can play a guiding role in the development,production and maintenance of fan air volume adjustment electro-hydraulic servo cylinders.Therefore,according to the hydraulic cylinder test method standard,a new type of fan air volume adjustment electro-hydraulic servo cylinder test bench was developed.First of all,the paper studies the design of the electro-hydraulic servo cylinder and the electro-hydraulic servo cylinder test bench at home and abroad,and designs a new type of test bench based on the optimization of the electro-hydraulic servo cylinder test bench for fan air volume adjustment.Based on the hydraulic cylinder top loading device,the high-speed rotating hydraulic cylinder top loading device is innovatively designed,which realizes the high-speed rotating loading test of the hydraulic cylinder test bench with the air volume adjustment of the fan,making the test closer to the actual working condition,and the test data more referential and instructive.Secondly,the electro-hydraulic servo system of the test bench is studied,and the electro-hydraulic servo system is analyzed in depth Based on the principle and characteristics,the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic servo system of the test bench is established,and its control performance is analyzed by simulation,and its reliability is verified.In addition,the control method of the electro-hydraulic servo system of the test bench is optimized by using PID control and single neuron PID control respectively,and two control methods are analyzed Based on the analysis of the simulation results,the single neuron PID control effectively improves the response characteristics and reliability of the system.Finally,according to the two control methods,the computer measurement and control system is designed for the system,the design process of the data acquisition system is described,and the operation software of the computer measurement and control system is compiled.Fan air volume adjustment electro-hydraulic servo cylinder test bench combines hydraulic control technology and automatic control technology to make the test closer to the actual working conditions.The test results have more reference value,and the control performance and reliability are excellent.The design,production and maintenance of hydraulic servo cylinders provide a good guarantee.
