As an important equipment of thermal power plant,the fan has been in a bad environment with high temperature,pressure,dust and strong vibration for a long time.The failure rate of its internal components is also high.The performance of the system for controlling the air volume affects directly at the fan.An electro-hydraulic position servo control system designed in this paper is used to adjust the air volume of the fan,which combines the advantages of mechanical,hydraulic and electrical.Then the fuzzy PID controller is designed for improving the speed and the precision of the system based on the stability.Afterwards the experimental device of the electro-hydraulic servo cylinder is used to ensure the factory performance of the system.Firstly,a set of electro-hydraulic position servo system is designed to adjust the air volume of the fan by summarizing,analyzing and comparing the design of the system and its experimental device in the literature and information in domestic and foreign.The function of the system is analyzed in detail,and the structural parameters are determined.According to the requirements of the structure,the models of oil pump,servo valve,sensor and hydraulic auxiliary components in the hydraulic system are selected.The mathematical model of the differential asymmetric hydraulic cylinder controlled by four way slide valve is established,and the stability,steady-state error and stiffness characteristic of the hydraulic system are analyzed in detail,which provides the theoretical basis for the application of the follow-up electro-hydraulic servo system to the actual production.Secondly,the correction of the electro-hydraulic servo control performance of the system,to make up for the electro-hydraulic servo system itself has the lag and the defect of uncertainty and external disturbance By joining the fuzzy PID controller of electro-hydraulic servo system for the simulation analysis,with the join of the conventional PID controller system and PID controller of control system is compared,the results show with the fuzzy PID controller of the system,its operation is more stable response speed faster Stronger anti-jamming ability,to join the fuzzy PID control obviously improve the control performance of electro-hydraulic servo system.Finally,do the test of the hydraulic servo hydraulic cylinder included the static and dynamic test.Such as the same pressure,durability,internal and external leakage,as well as the common hydraulic cylinder test,the dynamic performance test of step response and frequency response is also tested.It improves the production efficiency and achieves the desired control effect.
