| Multiple-action inner curve radial piston hydraulic motor has been widely used in construction,vehicle,military and other engineering machinery because of its advantages such as low working speed,large output torque,compact structure,small volume,light weight and convenient application.In our country,this hydraulic motor is still in the import stage,and it has not yet established a sound production system.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a lot of research on the performance of the hydraulic motor,especially in the output torque,and it can provide the theoretical reference for the actual production of the factory.To do research on multiple-action inner curve radial piston hydraulic motor,a lot of related literature at home and abroad is reviewed and researched.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation projects,this paper focuses on the stator guide and distribution plate which affect the output torque performance,and main research work of this paper is summarized as follows:Firstly,according to the working principle of the multiple-action inner curve radial piston hydraulic motor,the geometrical model,dynamic model and hydraulic model of the motor are established,and the models are verified by simulation.Secondly,derived and drew the equal acceleration inner curve of the stator guide.According to the dynamic simulation model of the multiple-action inner curve radial piston hydraulic motor established in chapter 2,the effect of different argument distribution on the output torque performance of the motor is analyzed.The optimal argument distribution method was found,which can provide reference for optimizing the design of the stator guide curve.Finally,through the analysis of the working principle of the distribution plate,the distribution coefficient of distributor opening and distributor groove in piston chamber is put forward.According to the hydraulic simulation model of the multiple-action inner curve radial piston hydraulic motor established in chapter 4,the effect of different distribution coefficient on the output torque performance of the motor is analyzed.The optimal distribution coefficient was found,which can provide reference for optimizing the design of port plate. |
