With people's increasing attention to clean energy such as wind energy,wind power develops rapidly,and the installed capacity is also increasing,but its working environment is often very bad,it is difficult to carry out field test.Therefore,this paper focuses on the development of 2MW large-scale wind turbine drive chain ground test platform.Firstly,according to the basic structure and working load characteristics of large-scale wind turbine,the working principle of the ground test platform of wind turbine drive chain is studied,and the overall design of the test platform is completed,including the mechanical system design,the measurement and control system design and the measurement and control system software design.According to the development requirements,the main parts of the test platform and the load calibration device are designed with three-dimensional CAD structure,finite element structure strength analysis,strength check and fatigue analysis.According to the test requirements,the overall control scheme of the test platform is proposed,and the loading control system design of the test platform is completed,which can simulate the multi degree of freedom dynamic wind load of the hub center;the control conversion model between the hub center load and the six hydraulic cylinder forces is deduced,and the method and calculation formula for solving the conversion model coefficient based on the physical calibration method of the test platform are proposed In order to improve the control accuracy of the loading force in the center of the wheel hub,a multi degree of freedom loading force correction model of the control system of the test platform is proposed,the PID loading force control is studied,and the main hardware of the measurement and control system is selected.Finally,according to the requirement of wind turbine test,the software of test platform test and control system is developed,the software operation flow frame is proposed,and the software interface and main function modules are designed,including test parameter setting,hydraulic cylinder force conversion,six degree of freedom loading force correction,loading signal input and setting,discrete data fitting,data acquisition,signal filtering,test Data access and display,test report generation and other modules,based on C#and Measurement Studio platform to complete the test platform measurement and control software.
